Founded by the Dayan family in 1993, BD Retail Group started as a small, passionate team with the launch of the Diana store, offering fine European fashion. Over the years, the company grew into a leading retail group, representing globally recognized brands across the mass market, mid-market, premium and luxury segments in Armenia. Originally part of BD Group, BD Retail Group emerged as an independent company in 2019. It commands a dominant market share of over 25% and a network of 20+ strategically located stores.
